高校护生护患沟通能力现状及影响因素的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的调查护生护患沟通能力现状,分析其影响因素,为提高护生护患沟通能力提供依据。方法采用一般资料调查表和护生护患沟通能力评价量表对14所高校的609名护生进行调查。结果护生护患沟通能力总分为(177.92±24.35)分,其中"获得并理解患者的观点"维度得分率最高(85.73%),而"沟通的计划和准备"及"护患沟通的结束"2个维度得分率最低(83.80%)。不同见习次数、是否参加护患沟通课程、高校对护患沟通能力重视程度不同的护生的护患沟通能力比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高校对护生护患沟通能力重视程度是影响护患沟通能力的主要因素,解释护生护患沟通能力总变异的3.80%。结论现阶段我国护生的护患沟通能力较为良好,高校、医院及护生个人可从见习环节、课程设置、对护患沟通能力的重视三方面,特别是从重视培养护生的护患沟通能力入手,进一步提高护生护患沟通能力。 Objective To investigate the current situation and analyze the influencing factors of nurse-patient communication ability of college nursing students, and provide a basis for improving the nurse-patient communication ability of nursing students. Methods The general data questionnaire and the evaluation scale of nursing students’ nurse-patient communication ability were used in this study. A total of 609 nursing students from 14 universities or nursing colleges were investigated. R esults The total score of nursing students’ nurse-patient communication ability was(177.92±24.35). The highest scoring item was acquiring and understanding the viewpoints of patients(85.73%), and two lowest scoring items were plan and preparation of communication(83.80%)and completion of communication(83.80%). The score of communication ability were different in students with different times of internships, whether participated in communication curriculum and whether their colleges emphasized on the training of nurse-patient communication(P<0.05), and the main influencing factor was the degree to communication skills valued by university faculty, accounting for 3.80% of total variation. Conclusion At the present stage, nursing students had a good nurse-patient communication ability. More efforts should be carried out to improve nursing students’ nurse-patient communication ability from aspects of nursing practice, curriculum provision, especially the training of nurse-patient communication ability.
