临床护理带教老师培训现状的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the training status of clinical nursing teachers

目的调查临床护理带教老师的培训需求及影响因素。方法自行设计调查问卷,随机抽取118名工作三年及以上、职称为护师及以上的临床带教老师进行培训需求的调查,包括培训的认知、是否接受过培训及影响因素、希望的培训方式和内容等。结果 99.15%(117/118)的带教老师希望参加相关培训,但实际参与率仅为16.10%(19/118)。工作繁忙、时间冲突、医院或学校提供机会有限、家庭因素及培训费用高形式单一是影响参加培训的重要因素。94.92%(112/118)的临床带教老师希望以微信小视频等微课模式进行培训。结论临床护理带教老师的培训应基于"互联网+"平台,根据不同职称、不同需求建立相应的分级培训体系。

Objective To investigate the training needs of clinical nursing teachers and analyze the influencing factors. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was designed to investigate the training needs of 118 clinical teachers who have worked for more than three years or more. Their cognition on training, history of vocational training and influencing factors, way of training and the content of the training were analyzed. Results There were 117(99.15%) teachers who wanted to participate in training, but the actual participation rate was only 16.10%. Heavy workload, scheduling conflicts, limited opportunities in hospitals or schools, family issues, high cost of training were important factors affecting participation in training among teachers. In terms of the training method, 112(94.92 %) clinical teachers hoped to received training supported by Micro-Teaching. Conclusion it is necessary to take advantage of the 'Internet +' platform in the training of clinical nursing teachers, and corresponding training content should be set up according to different professional titles and training needs of teachers.
