摘要
在AgCuNi合金中添加微量稀土元素Ce,进行机械性能测试。当ε=96%时,σb由原合金的440 MPa,增加到560 MPa,Hv由180增加到188,延伸率δ由1%增加到1.5%。由于Ce原子半径大,Ce的添加可使合金点阵参数发生畸变,合金强度、硬度得到进一步提高,并有助于提高触点材料的耐磨性。
The trace amounts of Ce was added to the AgCuNi alloy,and the measurement on mechanical properties was carried out.When ε=96%,tensile strength of the alloy increases from 400 MPa to 560 MPa,hardness from 180 to 188 and the elongation from 1% to 1.5%.Because the atomic radius of Ce was larger,adding trace amounts of the Ce to the alloy causes distortion of lattice parameter.So the improved characteristics on the alloy strength and hardness were obtained.And the wear-resistance of the contact materials was improved.
