摘要
在总结国内外Mo-Cu合金生产工艺的基础上,采用生产成本相对较低的熔渗法制备Mo-Cu复合材料。微观分析表明:钼、铜两相分布均匀,密度和性能接近国外同类产品。锻造结果显示:密度有小幅度提高,可以达到理论密度的99%,满足了用户使用要求。
Mo-Cu composites were manufactured by relatively low cost infiltration method on the base of summing-up outward and inside production technologies of Mo-Cu alloys.Micro-analysis showed that: the two phases of molybdenum and copper distribute well-proportionedly,and density and performances of it approach to outward similar products.After forging,density had a tiny improvement to 99% of theoretical one and could meet the using requests.
