摘要
对一氧化钛作为电解电容器的阳极材料进行了研究。以钛和二氧化钛为原料分别在1000,1200,1400,1500℃下制备出一氧化钛粉末,用XRD,SEM测试方法对产物物相、微观形貌进行了分析;对所制备的一氧化钛粉末制成的阳极进行了电性能测试,测试结果表明,可以在所制备的阳极基体上形成具有介电功能的氧化膜;同时,对赋能液进行了选择研究,结果表明,传统用于钽电解电容器的赋能液不适用于一氧化钛电解电容器阳极的赋能,用5%的五硼酸铵溶液对一氧化钛阳极赋能相对较好。
Titanium monoxide as an anode material of electrolytic capacitor was studied.Titanium monoxide powder was prepared from titanium and titanium dioxide at 1000, 1200,1400 and 1500 ℃ respectively,and the phase and microcosmic appearance of the product was analyzed by SEM and XRD.Investigation of the electrical property of the anode from titanium monoxide indicates that oxide film possessing dielectric function can be formed on the anode.Investigation of the forming solution shows that traditional forming solution in tantalum electrolytic capacitor is not the same with titanium monoxide electrolytic capacitor,and solution of 5% ammonium borate is advised.
