摘要
钛、镍等稀有金属管板是特材换热器的主要部件,本文介绍了最难加工的镍基合金C-276管板在自行改造的MZ1616数控钻床上的试钻工艺、参数及操作要领,结果表明:试钻精度远远超过工艺要求,MZ1616数控钻床可以大批量生产的稀有金属换热器管板。
Rare metal tubing plate,such as titanium and nickel,etc.,is major component of heat exchanger.In order to bore such special material tubing plate on the MZ1616 numerically controlled drilling machine,the craft,parameter and operating essentials were introduced,especially boring the nickel alloy C-276.The result is shown that the test boring precision goes far beyond the technological requirement,rare metal tubing plate can be bored industrially on the MZ1616 numerically controlled drilling machine.
