镍钼矿生产钼酸铵全湿法生产工艺及实践 被引量:53

摘要 总结了镍钼矿资源在我国的分布及处理方法,经过对镍钼矿的矿物特性的分析和前期的实验结果,提出了六条镍钼矿处理工艺流程,并将全湿法生产工艺应用到工业生产,该工艺主要流程为矿石破碎球磨→次氯酸钠分解→离子交换→净化→结晶→烘干。工业化结果显示,全湿法生产工艺所得的钼酸铵产品达到了国标MSA-1标准,全流程金属回收率85%以上,吨钼酸铵产品加工成本低于5万元人民币。该工艺主要优点有友好环境,金属回收率高,流程简单,产品质量好。 The distribution and utilization of Ni-Mo ore resource in China were review.According analysis to the property of Ni-Mo ore and comprehensive previous investigation in our laboratory,six processes flow were put forward and the hydrometallurgical process flow was applied to industrial practice.The process was indicated as follows: crushing and ball milling of ore→decomposing with sodium hypochlorite→ion exchange→purifying→acidification crystallization→drying.Industrialization result showed that the quality of ammonium molybdate obtained industrial practice met with GB/T3460-1982 MSA-1,the recovery ratio of molybdenum was higher over 85% and the fabrication cost sper ton of ammonium molybdate below $50000.The process had some good qualities such as friendship environment,higher recovery ratio,shorter process and high quality of products.
