摘要
木材是重要的再生资源。木材经过化学镀实现表面金属化后,不仅具备良好的导电性和电磁屏蔽性能,可替代金属和塑料作为理想的电磁屏蔽复合材料,而且还具有良好的防腐与外观装饰性能和不产生二次污染等优点,是一种具有潜在应用前景的环境友好材料。采用化学镀方法实现木材表面金属化,是固体表面材料中的一个新兴的研究领域。本文对木材化学镀的概念和工艺过程特点进行了简要阐述,对国内外木材化学镀稀有金属研究的现状进行了综述和分析,提出了今后木材化学镀稀有金属需要进一步解决的问题。
Wood is a reproducible resource.The wood,whose surface is deposited with rare metals by electroless plating,not only has good conductivity and electromagnetic performance,which can replace metals and plastic for suitable electromagnetic shielding composite material, but also has other advantages,such as good against-crrosion,good appearance and no second pollusion,which is a kind of material friendly with environment and has potentiallyapplication prospect.The metallization of wood surface by elctroless plating is a new research area of solid surface material.The concept and technical characteristics of wood electroless plating were described,the present researches on wood electroless plating at home and abroad were summarised and the problems on wood electroless plating urgently waiting for solving were advanced in this paper respectively.
