基于愿景的视角:初中地理校本教研的新动力

摘要 教学愿景具有导向和激励作用。在清晰的教学愿景导航下,地理学科组能够清晰地确立校本教研活动的主题,拟定深度教研的问题链,促使教师产生超越自我的原创性动力。设立清晰的教学愿景,把握标准是前提,建构关系是保障。推进教学愿景的路径包括:分解愿景,设立问题链;规划愿景,持续推动探究;转换思维,实现愿景增值。
