高校青年教师担任新生班主任的角色定位探析

摘要 随着高校扩招,大学生人数逐年增加,作为高校新生力军的青年教师如何做好新生班主任,使学生能够尽快的适应大学的学习和生活,已经成为高校学生管理工作的核心工作。该文着力从高校新生的心理特点、青年教师担任新生班主任的角色定位等方面进行分析,对青年教师如何从事学生管理工作,提出有关建议和有关的解决方法。 The number of college students is increasing year by year with college enrollment expansion.Therefore,what should young college teachers,as newly emerging force in colleges,do to become a qualified class advisor making freshmen adaptable to college life and study as soon as possible has become the core issue in college student management. This paper focuses on the analyses of freshmen’s psychological characteristics and young college teachers’role positioning as class advisor for freshmen and provides relevant suggestions and resolutions on how to manage students in a proper way.
