摘要
抓住机遇加快发展 ,是党的十六大的重要精神。本文从我国民办高等教育发展的实际出发 ,分析民办高校抓住机遇加快发展的有利条件和重要意义 ,就民办高等学校如何搞好发展规划问题 ,提出了见解。
Seizing opportunities to accelerate development is the important spirit of the 16th Party Congress. Based on the present development of non-governmental higher education in our country, this article analyses the favorable conditions and significance of seizing opportunities to accelerate development on the part of non-governmental institutions of higher learning. Opinions on how they make development programs are also suggested.
