本文以日本乃至亚洲著名私立大学早稻田大学为研究案例 ,集中分析研究该校的主要特点 :国际化办学理念、开放性管理模式、创新性发展战略 。

Taking as a case for study Waseda, a university famous in Japan and even in Asia, this paper makes a concentrative analysis of Waseda's main features: internationalized idea in running school, open managerial mode and pioneering development strategy, hoping that the private colleges and universities in our country, especially those with regular courses, may draw on its experiences for reference.
