小建中胶囊四联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌的疗效及相关症状的改善情况

Effective observation on eradicating Hp and improving related symptoms with the Xiaojianzhong capsules quadruple therapy

[目的]观察小建中胶囊四联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的疗效及相关症状的改善情况,并与铋剂四联疗法进行比较。[方法]选取2016年1月～2016年12月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院消化内科门诊就诊并经13 C尿素呼气试验检查确诊的Hp阳性的慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡的患者102例,并记录患者根除Hp前的症状积分。随机分为A组和B组,A组予埃索美拉唑+阿莫西林+克拉霉素+枸橼酸铋钾,B组将A组中的枸橼酸铋钾替换为小建中胶囊,疗程均为14d,疗程结束后4周复查13 C尿素呼气试验评估Hp的根除情况,疗程结束后4周记录患者的症状积分。[结果]A组的Hp根除率为82.4%,B组的Hp根除率为86.3%,A、B组的Hp根除率差异无统计学意义。A、B组的治疗前症状积分差异无统计学意义,疗程结束后4周A、B组的症状积分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),疗程结束后4周B组症状积分低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]小建中胶囊四联疗法根除Hp的疗效与铋剂四联疗法相近,对相关症状的改善率更高。

[Objective]To observe the efficacy of Xiaojianzhong capsules quadruple therapy for eradication of Helicobacter pylori(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)and improve symptoms related to curative effect,and compared with bismuth quadruple therapy.[Methods]102cases of patients in the China Medical University affiliated Shengjing Hospital gastroenterology clinic from January 2016 to Decembe2016were selected,and these patients are confirmed Hp positive in 13 Curea breath test with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer,and record Hp symptoms of the patients before the eradication.They were randomly divided into group A and group B,group A was treated with esomeprazole + amoxicillin + clarithromycin + bismuth potassium citrate,group B replaced bismuth potassium citrate with Xiaojianzhong capsules,the course of treatment was 14 d,review 13 Curea breath test after 4 weeks in treatment and recorded the patient’s symptom score.[Results]The eradication rate of Hp in the A group was 82.4%,the eradication rate of Hp in the B group was 86.3%,There was no significant difference in Hp eradication rate between group A and group B.The symptom score before treatment in group A and group B was not statistically significant,the symptom score was lower than that before treatment in group A and group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom score of 4week after treatment in group B was lower than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).[Conclusion]Xiaojianzhong capsules quadruple therapy in the eradication of Hp treatment and bismuth quadruple therapy is similar,the improvement rate of related symptoms is higher.
