施工技术资料是施工单位在项目施工过程中形成的建筑安装活动的记录。它不仅反映了一个企业的项目管理水平,同时还能记录建筑物施工的全过程,保证工程质量安全的可追溯性。文章分析了建设工程施工技术资料的重要性及施工各阶段资料管理中存在的问题。

Construction technology material is the construction and installation activities’record that the construction units establish in project construction. It not only reflects an enterprise’s project management level, but also can record the whole process of building construction, ensure the engineering quality and safety traceability. This paper analyzes the importance of the construction engineering construction technical data and data management problems that exist in the every stage of construction.
