改制企业党建工作初探——以广西农垦国有黔江农场为例

The Party Construction Work of Restructured Enterprises——With the Example of Guangxi Agriculture& Cultivation State-Owned Qianjiang Farm

国有企业股份制改造,改变了产权归属、权责匹配、管理结果和利益分配等,同时对企业党建工作的定位、对象和方法提出了新的要求。文章分析研究了在新形势下如何加强改制企业党组织建设,促进企业经济发展的问题。

State-owned enterprises’shareholding system reform changed the property ownership, the match of the power and responsibility, management results and profit distribution, etc., while it also requires more to the position of the enterprise party construction, objects and methods. The paper analyzes how the restructured enterprises to strengthen the party construction in the new situation and promote the enterprises’economic development.
