摘要
事业单位岗位设置是目前事业单位在人事制度改革过程中的一项重要内容,也是整个事业单位人事制度进行改革的前提条件,论文结合实践情况,对事业单位岗位设置管理进行思考和分析,找出事业单位岗位设置管理过程中存在的各项问题,从而提出相关的建议和对策,保证事业单位岗位设置的合理性。
Station Settings is an important content in the process of the personnel system reform currently, it is also the premise of the whole public institution reform. This paper combined with the practical situation, analyzes and thinks about the post setting management of public institutions, finds out the cause of the unit in all kinds of problems in post setting management process, then puts forward related suggestion and countermeasure, to ensure the reasonability of the station setting.
