Research on the Risk Identification and Evaluation of University Students' Start-Up Financing

随着大学毕业生日渐增多,加之在经济下行的背景下,大学生就业难成为社会关注的问题。在大众创业、万众创新的背景下,一批大学生创业者开始涌现,大学生创业逐渐兴起。如何筹集资金是创业者必须面对的第一个问题,而在融资过程中会遇到很多风险,需要我们创业者去识别和评估。论文从大学生创业融资风险管理出发,提出融资风险的识别与评估方法,旨在为大学生创业融资提供相应的指导。

The Employment problems of university students have been seen as an eye-popping social problem based on large number of college students and economic downturn. University students' entrepreneur gradually rise based on the public business and the peoples innovation. But how to raise?fund become the first problem for these entrepreneur. At the same time,they need to identify and evaluate the risk in the financing process. Based on the financing risk management,this paper puts forward the methods of risk identification and evaluation to guide the start-up financing.
