摘要
针对侯马北工务段侯月线铁路,由于没有客车通过,目前主要利用施工间歇采取"人工涂覆润滑方式",受时空、安全条件制约,效果不佳。采用侯马北工务段和铁科院研制的道旁固定式轨侧固体润滑装置,利用列车车轮携带涂抹方式,实现了固体润滑剂对曲线上股钢轨、道岔曲尖轨的自动涂覆。解决了无法利用列车车载涂覆情况下的钢轨润滑问题,涂覆位置准确,剂量可调,环境污染小。达到了国内领先水平,有很大的推广价值。
In view of the Hou Yue line in north section of Houma maintenance section, because there is no train pass, at present,it mainly uses the artificial coating lubrication in the construction interval, and it is restricted by the space and safety condition, the results is poor. In this paper, using the side stationary rail solid lubrication device, carrying smearing using train wheels, realizes the automatic coating of solid lubricant on the curve rail and turnout switch rail.The utility model solves the problem of the rail lubrication under the condition that the vehicle can not be used for vehicle coating, and the coating position is accurate, the dosage is adjustable, and the environmental pollution is small. The technology reached the domestic leading level, there is a great promotional value.
