摘要
为了找出影响ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)项目实施中知识转移绩效的关键因素,提高ERP项目实施的成功率。论文在社会网络视角下,建立ERP项目实施中知识转移绩效模型,并运用SPSS软件和结构方程模型对调研数据进行统计分析及对研究假设进行验证。结果表明,知识的缄默程度与知识转移绩效负相关;除网络规模对吸收能力的影响不显著外,联系强度、网络密度和中心度都通过转移意愿和能力对知识转移绩效产生显著的正向影响。因而,企业在实施ERP时,应和软件供应商保持频繁且密切的联系,以增强双方的知识转移意愿;同时增加双方联系的总量,保持适度的网络规模,以提高知识转移能力,促进知识转移,从而保证ERP项目的顺利实施。
In order to identify the key factor of knowledge transfer performance in ERP project implementation and improve it's success rate,the paper establishes knowledge transfer performance model from social network perspective. Then using SPSS software and SEM analyzes the collected data and verifies the hypotheses. The result shows that knowledge ambiguity has negative effect on the knowledge transfer performance. Except network scale has no significant impact on absorptive capacity,contact strength,density and centrality of network generate significant positive effect on the knowledge transfer performance through the willingness and ability. Therefore,enterprises should keep frequent and close contact with software vendors enhance both knowledge transfer intention. Meanwhile,enterprises should increase the amount of contact and maintain the modest scale of network to improve both knowledge transfer ability,ensure the rapid and effective knowledge transfer and smooth implementation of the ERP project.
