在新时期,受全球性金融危机的影响,石油企业进入了发展的"寒冬期",企业效益不佳,许多职工的思想消极,存在着剧烈的变化,缺乏稳定性,也影响了企业的长远稳定发展。论文结合当前石油企业职工的思想现状,提出了开展思想政治工作的合理化建议。

In the new era, affected by the global financial crisis, the development of petroleum enterprises entered into 'winter' period,the enterprise benefit is not beautiful, a lot of workers' ideological is negative, existing a dramatic changes, lacking stability, which also affect the enterprise long-term stable development. Combining with the ideological status of petroleum enterprise's worker, paper puts forward reasonable suggestions to carry out the ideological and political work.
