Li Lin’s photography is deeply influenced by the German rationalism and draws nutrition from the 'New Topographics' and 'New Colors' popular in the 1960s, thus forming his own calm and restrained style. However, this style did not neutralize or dilute his romantic feeling with his hometown. On the contrary, his vision expression became deeper and calmer, thus making his feeling expression more solid and realer.
