海洋活力区,青岛“未来之城”

Marine Activity Zone, "Future City" in Qingdao

日前,总投资1000亿元的青岛海洋活力区在青岛西海岸新区开工奠基。该项目由青岛西海岸新区联手融创中国开发建设,其中首开区投资120亿元。自青岛海洋活力区于2018年12月在香港山东周签约以来,仅用了两个半月时间开工,体现了'西海岸速度'。青岛海洋活力区的开工奠基,是西海岸新区贯彻落实山东省'担当作为、狠抓落实'工作动员大会精神和青岛市建设开放、现代、活力、时尚的国际大都市的重要举措,是接续发起'攻山头、炸碉堡'一个又一个攻势的具体行动。

Recently, the construction of Qingdao Marine Activity Zone with an investment of 100 billion yuan kicked off in Qingdao West Coast New Area. The project, aiming to build 'a modern new central activity zone with unique marine cultural characteristics',upholds the principle of establishing an 'open,modern, energetic and fashionable' city. It focuses on building an intelligent pilot area oriented towards marine innovative development, a gathering area of international economic and trade cooperation agencies headquarters, a shipping central business core area of Northeast Asia, a regional finance and trade innovation demonstration zone, and an energetic fashion center of the modern coastal metropolis. Following its establishment,this zone will become the heart and brain of Qingdao West Coast New Area providing innovation genes and source of drivers for the West Coast New Area.It will serve as a new space for urban development in Qingdao, a new landmark group on the west coast,and a new model for modern city-industry integration.A 'future city' will rise on the west coast around the comer.
