Brief Analysis of "Ink and Brush"

张谷旻,1961年生,杭州人。1988年毕业于浙江美术学院(现中国美术学院)中国画系。1997年考入中国美术学院中国画系,先后获硕士、博士学位。现任中国美术学院教授、博士硕士生导师、中国画系主任、西泠书画院副院长、中国艺术研究院中国画院研究员、中国美术家协会会员,杭州市美术家协会副主席。

Zhang Gumin was born in 1961 in Hangzhou,Zhejiang province.He graduated f rom Tradit ional Chinese Painting Department of Zhejiang Academy of Fine Ar t s(today’s China Academy of Art)in 1988.He was admitted as a postgraduate to Traditional Chinese Painting Department of China Academy of Art in 1997 and got his master and doctorate degrees in succession.He is now a Professor,master and doctoral supervisor of China Academy of Art,head of Traditional Chinese Paint ing Depar tment,associate dean of Xiling Painting and Calligraphy Institute,researcher of School of Traditional Chinese Paint ing in Chinese Nat ional Academy of Ar ts,member of the Chinese Ar tists Association,and vice chairman of Hangzhou Artists Association.
