Flowers remain the same year after year, but the kite festivals differ every year. With a brand-new appearance, the 36th Weifang International Kite Festival was successfully held in Weifang as a response to the expectations of the people and the call of the times.Adhering to the strategic thought of the 19th CPC National Congress of 'building a cultural and sports power and a community with a shared future for mankind with the people at the center',focusing on Shandong Provincial Party Committee’s strategic deployment of upgrading growth drivers,and following the specific requirements of Weifang Municipal Party Committee’s development policies in 'attracting investment and talents',this kite festival boldly took its responsibility in fulfilling its missions by innovating its form and content and highlighted the characteristics of its international and market orientation based on platforms and brands.
