2018 Chinese Unicorn Enterprises Ranking List Revealed with 4 Qingdao Enterprises Included

2019全球(青岛)创投风投大会现场,全球(青岛)创投风投中心大厦正式揭牌,第一批进驻创投风投中心大厦机构签约。其间插播了一则关于'2018年中国独角兽企业研究报告'的消息引得多位投资人关注。恰逢2019全球(青岛)创投风投大会举办的当天,由长城战略咨询主办的中国高成长企业发展论坛在北京国际会议中心举行,并发布了《2018年中国独角兽企业研究报告》。

On the day that the 2019 Global(Qingdao)Venture Capital Conference was held,the 2018 Chinese Unicorn Enterprises Research Report was released.The report points out,there have been 202 unicorn enterprises in China in 2018,distributed in 25 Chinese cities,and unicorns appeared for the first time in 10 cities including Qingdao.Four enterprises entered the list,namely,Gooday,Juhaokan,Genova,and Weidong Cloud Education.Qingdao became the only city in Shandong that owns unicorn enterprises and has the eighth most unicorns among Chinese cities as well as the second most among northern Chinese cities.This also proves Qingdao has achieved preliminary success in creating an ecosystem for innovation and entrepreneurship in the past.Qingdao plays a leading role in the 10 cities in which unicorn enterprises first appeared in 2018;it is also one of the 9 cities in China that owns more than 4 unicorn enterprises.It is becoming a gathering place of emerging unicorn enterprises.
