餐饮大咖齐聚青岛6月24日至26日,以“功夫·匠心”为主题的第四届世界厨师艺术节在青岛举行。本次活动由青岛市人民政府指导,世界中餐业联合会、青岛市文化和旅游局联合主办,青岛市商务局、青岛市贸促会、山东省烹饪协会、青岛市餐饮行业协会协办,青岛旅游集团、世界中餐业联合会国际中餐名厨专业委员会承办。世界厨师艺术节是世界中餐业联合会创办的国际性品牌活动。自2016年创办以来,吸引了超过10余万餐饮业同仁参与,得到餐饮人的高度关注和好评,被誉为“烹饪艺术的殿堂”。
From June 24 to 26, The 4 th World Chefs’ Art Festival, which is highlyanticipated in the industry, was grandly opened in Qingdao International Conference Center. This art festival was themed on 'workmanship·craftsmanship', in which over ten theme activities were held including the '2019 World Chefs’ Art Summit', 'The Third Local Cuisine Development Forum', 'The Fifth Meeting of the Sixth Council of World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry', '2019 Famous Young Chefs’ Ranked Match of World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry', '2019 ‘Beacon-fire Cup’ Award Ceremony', 'Tribute to the 70 th Anniversary of the Founding of New China—‘Chinese Solar Term Dishes’ Theme Exhibition', '2019 China’s State Banquet · Famous Banquet Set-ups Art Exhibition','Exquisite Catering Service Provider Exhibition', and 'Inspection Trip of Special Food Industry and Dietary Culture in Qingdao', etc. The general report of the Annual Report on Catering Industry Development of China(2019) as well as the '2019 Chinese Shandong Cuisine · Qingdao Declaration' were also released during the period. On the closing ceremony, Yang Liu, President of World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry, granted Qingdao the title of 'International Marine Gourmet City'.
