在新时代的国家发展背景下,农民生活逐渐富足的同时,精神文明的促进更不可或缺。整洁的居住环境、丰富的文化生活,文明的思想理念更成为了乡村振兴的出发点、落脚点。在这个前提下,建设新时代文明实践中心,是夯实党的宣传思想工作基层基础的重大举措,更是将老百姓精神文化生活作为重点,做好新形势下群众工作的重要载体。2018年,青岛胶州市、平度市入选全国50个试点县(市、区);城阳区、胶州市、平度市入选全省26个试点县(市、区),是使命,更是一份责任。

In 2018, Jiaozhou City and Pingdu City were listed in the 50 national pilot counties(cities, districts), and Chengyang District, Jiaozhou City and Pingdu City were listed in the 26 provincial pilot counties(cities, districts). It is not just a mission, but more a responsibility.
