一种基于坐标变换的感应电机转子断条故障诊断新方案

摘要 转子断条是感应电机最主要的故障之一。提出了一种通过采集感应电机三相定子电流并对三相定子电流进行坐标变换得出不同坐标系下的电流矢量,由此诊断感应电机转子断条故障的新方案。定子电流矢量图具有物理意义清晰、直观等特点,借助于定子电流矢量图可以计算感应电机故障严重因子,可以推断出转子断条故障的严重程度。通过样机试验,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。 Broken rotor bars is one of the main faults in induction machine. This paper proposed a new scheme by means of which the broken rotor fault can be detected through sampling three-phase stator currents and then transforming them into current vector. Stator current vector graph has the characteristics by its physical meaning of clarity. We can deduce the severeness of rotor broken bars using fault severity factor which is obtained from stator current vector graph. The validity and correctness were verified by prototype.
