摘要 为提高变频调速系统的综合应用程度和节能效果,解决工程应用中变频器运行状况的实时监控问题,实现调速系统的智能控制与高效节能,提出了基于PLC与触摸屏的变频调速测控方案,用以实现对变频器调速系统的控制与监测。实践应用表明该系统能适应多种工业环境、人机界面友好、节能效果明显,达到预期效果。 In order to improve the degree of comprehensive application and energy saving effects of variable frequency speed regulation system, solve the frequency converter running status real-time monitoring in engineering application, realize the intelligent control and high efficiency and energy saving of speed control system, this paper put forward the frequency control of motor speed control scheme based on PLC and touch screen, in order to realize the control of frequency converter speed control system and monitoring. The practical application shows that the system can adapt to a variety of industrial control environment, have friendly man-machine interface, the energy conservation effect is obvious, achieved the desired effect.
