养血健脾润肤法治疗特应性皮炎临床疗效观察及对患者血清白细胞介素18影响

Clinical Efficacy of Yangxue Jianpi Runfu Method in Treating Patients with Atopic Dermatitis and Its Influences on Serum Levels of Interleukin-18

目的观察养血健脾润肤法治疗特应性皮炎(Atopic dermatitis,AD)临床疗效及对患者血清白细胞介素18的(IL-18)影响。方法 64例AD患者随机分为2组,对照组采用口服氯雷他定片外用丁酸氢化可的松,治疗组在对照组治疗方案基础上,同时口服养血健脾润肤中药,4周后评价疗效,治疗前后分别应用酶联免疫吸附测定方法(ELISA)检测患者血清IL-18水平。结果对照组有效率为23.3%,治疗组有效率为58.9%,2组差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.0,P<0.01),治疗组患者血清IL-18水平治疗后显著低于治疗前(t=10.32,P<0.01)。结论养血健脾润肤法治疗AD疗效确切,可以降低患者血清IL-18水平。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangxue Jianpi Runfu(YXJPRF)method in treating atopic dermatitis(AD)and its influences on the patients with serum levels of interleukin-18(IL-18). Methods 64 patients with AD were divided into two groups in random, and they were treated by the different methods. The levels of serum IL-18 were determined by ELISA method. Results The clinical effect in the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was better than that in the Western medicine group. After YXJPRF treatment, the levels of serum IL-18 in patients were significantly decreased than those of before tneatment(P<0.01). Conclusion The clinical effects of the YXJPRF method on treating AD is confirmed and the mechanism is probably related to the decreasing of level of serum IL-18.
