胡黄连的化学成分和质量分析及药理作用研究进展

Research progress on the chemical composition,analytical method and pharmacological action of Rhizoma picrorhizae

西藏胡黄连为我国传统中药,主要含有环烯醚萜、葫芦素、苯乙醇糖苷和酚苷等化学成分,具有保肝利胆、抗菌消炎、保护受损的神经细胞及凋亡的心肌细胞等多种显著的药理作用。本文通过查阅国内外文献,对胡黄连的化学成分及相关的质量分析方法、药理作用等方面的研究进展进行了较全面的综述,为西藏胡黄连的开发和临床应用提供有价值的参考。

As a traditional Chinese materia medica,Rhizoma picrorhizae has been reported with many kinds of effective components including iridoid glycoside,cucurbitacins,phenylethanoid glycosides and phenolic glycoside,etc.It has the functions of cholagogic,liver-protective,anti-inflammatory,nerve growth enhancement,cardiomyocytes protection and many other significant pharmacological effects.By referring to domestic and foreign literature,this paper reviews the research progress on chemical composition,related quality analytical methods and pharmacological activities of Rhizoma picrorhizae,providing valuable reference for further development and clinical application of Rhizoma picrorhizae.
