摘要
目的:评价北京市东城区社区医疗机构处方用药的变化趋势。方法:提取北京市东城区7家社区卫生服务中心和58家社区卫生服务站2014—2016年的全部门诊处方数据进行统计分析。结果:2014,2015和2016年东城区社区医疗机构门诊处方总量分别为186. 8,191. 5和204. 3万张; 3年每处方药品数均为1. 9种;每处方药费分别为170. 3,183. 6和201. 2元;抗菌药处方率分别为8. 6%,7. 5%和7. 5%;注射剂处方率分别为3. 4%,3. 5%和4. 1%;激素处方率分别为0. 2%,0. 1%和0. 1%。抗菌药物、注射剂和激素使用均呈现明显的季节性。结论:近3年来,东城区社区医疗机构抗菌药和激素使用有所改善,但广谱抗菌药、注射剂使用和处方费用有待进一步控制,季节因素对于药物使用存在影响。
Objective: To evaluate drug utilization in community health care institutions in Dongcheng district of Beijing. Methods: All the outpatient prescriptions from 7 community health care centers and 58 community health care stations in Dongcheng district during 2014—2016 were analyzed. Results: In 2014,2015 and 2016,the quantity of prescriptions of community health care institutions in Dongcheng district was 1. 868,1. 915 and2. 043 million,respectively. The average number of drugs per prescription was 1. 9 in three years,and the average cost per prescription was 170. 3,183. 6 and 201. 2 yuan,respectively. The percentage of prescriptions with antibiotics was 8. 6%,7. 5% and 7. 5%;the percentage of prescriptions with injections was 3. 4%,3. 5% and4. 1%;the percentage of prescriptions with corticosteroids was 0. 2%,0. 1% and 0. 1%,respectively. The use of antibiotics,injections and corticosteroids showed obvious seasonal variation. Conclusion: The use of antibiotics and corticosteroids have been improved in community health care institutions in Dongcheng district from 2014 to2016;however,the average cost of prescriptions,and the use of broad-spectrum antibiotics and injections need further control. Seasonal factors have an effect on the indicators of rational use of medicine.
