The mechanism and evaluation methods of photoallergy

摘要 光致敏性是在紫外线照射条件下化合物所引起的一种特殊皮肤致敏作用,属于Ⅳ型超敏反应。近年来,药品、化妆品引发的皮肤光致敏性多有报道,对药品、化妆品进行光致敏性评价是其非临床安全性评价的重要项目之一,是其安全使用的重要保障。本文将深入探讨化合物光致敏性机制、常见的光致敏剂、光致敏性体内评价方法、体外评价方法及其研究进展,为药品和化妆品非临床光致敏性研究提供参考。 Photoallergy is a kind of special skin sensitization caused by certain compounds under ultraviolet irradiation,which belongs to typeⅣhypersensitivity reaction.There are many reports on skin photoallergy induced by drugs and cosmetics in recent years.The evaluation of photoallergy for drugs and cosmetics is one of the important items of non-clinical safety evaluation and is an important guarantee for their safe use.In this paper,we will discuss the photoallergy mechanism of compounds,the common photoallergens,the in vivo evaluation methods for photoallergy,the in vitro evalution method and its research progress,which can provide references for the non-clinical photoallergy study of drugs and cosmetics.
