左卡尼汀通过改变小鼠乳酸和糖原含量延缓疲劳的实验研究 被引量:14

Anti-fatigue effect of L-carnitine by changing lactic acid and glycogen contents in mice

摘要 目的:探讨左卡尼汀(L-carnitine,LC)对小鼠抗运动性疲劳的效果。方法:小鼠随机分为对照组、阳性组、LC高、低剂量组,连续给药2周,d 13进行爬杆实验,d 14进行力竭游泳实验,d 15进行生化指标的检测。结果:左卡尼汀(高剂量组)小鼠的负重游泳和爬杆时间明显长于对照组(P <0. 01),显著降低血乳酸和尿素氮含量(P <0. 01),增加小鼠肝、肌糖原储备量(P <0. 05)。结论:左卡尼汀可提高运动耐力,有明显的抗运动疲劳作用,其作用机制与增加机体糖原贮备、减少蛋白质分解、加快乳酸代谢有关。 Objective:To explore the effect of L-carnitine(LC)against exercise-induced fatigue in mice.Methods:Mice were randomly divided into groups of normal control,positive control and LC.The mice were given drugs for two weeks.Pole test and exhaustive swimming experiment were performed on day 13 and 14,respectively.The biochemical parameters correlated with fatigue were determined on day 15.Results:The times of climbing and exhaustive swimming of the mice in the high dose LC group were longer than those of the normal control group(P<0.01).The contents of blood lactic acid and blood urea nitrogen were significantly lower than those of the normal control group(P<0.01).The contents of liver and muscle glycogen of the mice in the high dose LC group were significantly higher than those of the normal control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:LC has significant anti-fatigue effect in mice.The mechanism of its action is related to increasing glycogen reserve,reducing protein decomposition and accelerating lactic acid metabolism.
