综合外治疗法联合补肺活血胶囊对支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者炎症因子及临床疗效的影响

Effects of comprehensive external therapy combined with Bufei Huoxue Capsule on inflammatory factors and clinical efficacy of patients with chronic bronchial asthma at chronic duration stage

目的:探讨综合外治法联合补肺活血胶囊对支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者TNF-α,IL-6,EOS炎性因子及临床疗效的影响。方法:将90例支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者随机分为3组,即综合外治法治疗组(简称外治组)、综合外治法联合补肺活血胶囊治疗组(简称联合组)和对照组。对照组按照哮喘GINA方案常规给予布地奈德福莫特罗吸入治疗,1吸·次-1,bid;外治组在对照组常规治疗基础上,给予拔火罐、穴位注射卡介菌多糖核酸,隔日1次;联合组在对照组常规治疗基础上,给予拔火罐、穴位注射卡介菌多糖核酸,隔日1次,同时服用补肺活血胶囊,每次4粒,tid。治疗疗程均为3个月。观察各组患者治疗前后炎症因子TNF-α,IL-6,EOS水平及临床疗效。结果:外治组、联合组和对照组的总有效率分别为93. 9%,100%和73. 1%。联合组和外治组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P <0. 05);联合组和外治组的总体疗效无统计学显著性差异(P> 0. 05);联合组治疗后TNF-α,IL-6,EOS水平的改善明显优于外治组和对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:综合外治疗法联合内服补肺活血胶囊治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者,能够改善患者临床症状,减轻慢性气道炎症;通过内外同治调节机体免疫功能,调和经络气血,增强人体正气,提高抵御外邪的能力,标本兼治,值得在临床上进一步推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the effects of comprehensive external therapycombined with Bufei Huoxue Capsule on TNF-α,IL-6,EOS of inflammatory factors and clinical efficacy of patients with chronic bronchial asthma at chronic duration stage.Methods:A total of 90 patients with chronic bronchial asthma at chronic duration stage were randomly divided into three groups.They were the comprehensive external therapy group(abbreviated as the external treatment group),the combined treatment group with combined therapy of reinforcing lung and activating blood circulation(abbreviated as the combined group)and the control group.The patients in the control group were given inhaled budesonide formoterol in accordance with the GINA regimen for asthma,1 inhalation/resuscitation,2 times per day.The patients in Comprehensive external treatment group were given cupping,acupoint injection of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid on this basis with once every other day.The patients in combined group were given cupping,acupoint injection of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid once every other day and Bufei Huoxue Capsule were taken orally at the same time,4 capsules each time,3 times a day.The course of treatment was 3 months.The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,EOS and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment of each group.Results:The total effective rates of the external treatment group,combined group and control group were 93.9%,100%and 73.1%,respectively.The clinical efficacy of the combined group and the external treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the combined group and the external treatment group(P>0.05).The improvement of TNF-α,IL-6,EOS levels in the combined group was significantly better than that of in the external treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effects of comprehensive external therapy combined with Bufei Huoxue Capsule to treat the patients with chronic bronchial asthma at chronic duration stage were significant.It can obviously ameliorate the clinical symptoms of patients and alleviate chronic airway inflammation.It can regulate the immune function of the body,harmonize the meridian vital energy and blood,enhance the body’s ability to resist external pathogens,and treat both the symptoms and the root causes,which is worthy further promotion and application.
