子宫内膜异位症治疗新药恶拉戈利的药理作用与临床评价

Pharmacological and clinical evaluation of elagolix in the treatment of endometriosis

子宫内膜异位症是常见的妇产科问题之一,是一组综合征和慢性病,常见临床表现为子宫内膜异位症相关疼痛,另有很大比例患者存在不孕。目前常用治疗方案效果不太理想。2018年7月美国FDA批准促性腺激素释放激素受体拮抗剂恶拉戈利上市,用于治疗中重度子宫内膜异位症相关疼痛。临床研究显示,其对子宫内膜异位症相关疼痛临床缓解较明显。本文就恶拉戈利的药理作用、临床评价、安全性及用法用量等做一综述。

Endometriosis is a frequently encountered gynecological disease,which is a set of syndromes,a chronic disease.The common clinical manifestation is endometriosis-related pain,and a large proportion of patients have infertility.Existing treatment regimens do not work well.Thus,elagolix was approved by FDA in July 2018 as a gonadotropin releasing hormone receptor antagonist for the treatment of moderate to severe pain associated with endometriosis.It demonstrated efficacy in the management of endometriosis-associated pain.The pharmacological actions,clinical evaluation,safety,dosage and administration of elagolix were reviewed in this paper.
