法匹拉韦抗病毒治疗研究进展

Progress in researches for favipiravir in anti-vital treatments

目前人类受到诸多病毒感染的威胁,甚至危及生命。对于多数病毒感染,仅对症支持治疗不能满足临床治愈需求。针对病毒本身治疗——抗病毒治疗是一个突破口,目前供临床使用的抗病毒药物十分有限,远不能满足临床需求。法匹拉韦因其卓越的疗效在日本获得上市,为抗病毒治疗增加了新的选择。为此,本文对法匹拉韦的抗病毒研究进展加以综述。

At present,human beings are threatened by many viral infections which are even life-threatening.For most viral infections,only symptomatic supportive care does not meet clinical cure requirements.The treatment of the virus itself,antiviral treatment,is a breakthrough.However,the current antiviral drugs for clinical use are very limited,far from meeting the clinical needs.Favipiravir has been marketed in Japan for its superior efficacy,adding new chips to antiviral treatment.To this end,this article reviews the progress of antiviral research of favipiravir.
