复方黄柏液涂剂湿敷对重症药疹皮损愈合的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of moisten compression therapy of Compound Phellodendron Amurense Liquid on healing of severe drug eruption

目的:观察复方黄柏液涂剂湿敷与高锰酸钾溶液湿敷对重症药疹患者皮损愈合情况的疗效比较。方法:重症药疹患者63例,在采用相应激素、免疫球蛋白和调节水、电解质、酸碱平衡等药物进行全身治疗的基础上,随机分为2组。复方黄柏液组(n=31)用复方黄柏液涂剂纱布湿敷;高锰酸钾溶液组(n=32)用1∶5 000高锰酸钾稀释后湿敷。两组均联合使用复方多黏菌素B软膏外涂,bid。结果:复方黄柏液组疗效优于高锰酸钾溶液组(P <0. 05)。结论:复方黄柏液涂剂湿敷对重症药疹皮损愈合具有良好的效果。

Objective:To observe the effect of moisten compression therapy of Compound Phellodendron Amurense Liquid and potassium permanganate solution on skin healing in patients with severe drug eruption.Methods:On the basic treatment of glucocorticoids,immunoglobulins,fluid replacement,and maintenance of water and electrolyte balance,63 patients with severe drug eruption were randomly divided into two groups.Compound Phellodendron Amurense Liquid group(n=31)was wet compressed with the compound liquid coating gauze,and potassium permanganate solution group(n=32)was wet compressed with 1∶5 000 potassium permanganate dilution.Both groups were applied with Compound Polymyxin B Ointment twice a day.Results:The therapeutic effect in Compound Phellodendron Amurense Solution group was better than that in potassium permanganate solution group with significant difference between(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Phellodendron Amurense Liquid coating has a good effect on skin healing in patients with severe drug eruption.
