摘要
目的:观察复方黄柏液涂剂溻渍治疗糖尿病足感染耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的临床疗效。方法:将2016年1月—2018年12月于东直门医院周围血管科住院且符合纳入标准的糖尿病足患者分为试验组和对照组,两组患者均采用标准化内科基础治疗及创面换药。在此基础上,试验组和对照组分别予复方黄柏液涂剂、莫匹罗星溶液溻渍治疗,qd,观察2周,比较两组的总有效率、创面面积、中医证候积分以及不良事件。结果:共104例患者完成试验,试验组和对照组各52例,总有效率分别为92%和77%。治疗后,在创面面积缩小及中医证候积分降低的对比上,试验组均优于对照组(P <0. 05),两组不良事件发生率无统计学意义。结论:针对糖尿病足MRSA感染,复方黄柏液涂剂溻渍法有良好的效果。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid for the treatment of diabetic foot infection caused by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA).Methods:Patients with diabetic foot who were hospitalized in the vascular department around Dong Zhi Men Hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 and met the inclusion criteria were divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups were treated with standardized internal medicine and wound dressing.On this basis,the experimental group and the control group were treated with Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid and mopifloxacin solution for 1 time/day,and observed for 2 weeks.Total effective rate,wound area,TCM syndrome score and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:A total of 104 patients completed the trial,52 each in the experimental group and the control group.Total effective rate was 92%and 77%,respectively.After treatment,the experimental group was superior to the control group in the reduction of wound area and TCM syndrome scores(P<0.05).No statistical significance was observed in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups.Conclusion:For diabetic foot infected by MRSA,Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid smear treatment has a good effect.
