摘要
文章阐述了设计方法学在纳米陶瓷(氮化硅Si3N4)球滚动接触疲劳试验机中的应用技术方法。从功能分析着手,对试验机的要求、结构进行分析,建立了形态矩阵表,从该表中得到多种的原理方案构思,按照得到的几种设计方案,详细分析了产品评价决策,实现了该产品的创新设计。根据创新设计方案生产制造出产品样机,验证了方案的可行性。
This paper probes into the way of applying the designing methodology to the design of an accelerated pure rolling contact fatigue test rig for nanometer ceramic bearing ball. Starting with a functional analysis of the technical requirement and the structure of the test rig, the authors set up a form matrix table that gives rise to quite a number of designing schemes. A detailed analysis of the appraisal decision, based on some of the designing schemes obtained, lead to an attainment of an innovated design. A model machine was made according to such a design scheme.
