粘蛋白1及其介导的肿瘤免疫 被引量：2

摘要 粘蛋白 1(MUC1)是一种分布于腺上皮细胞的跨膜糖蛋白 ,在保护细胞免受外界不良因素的影响及介导细胞信号传导方面具有重要的生物学功能。MUC1也参与了多种疾病的发生 ,由于MUC1在肿瘤细胞表面表达量升高 ,同时肿瘤细胞表面MUC1的糖基化与正常细胞存在差异 ,因此它在肿瘤疾病的发生、发展及肿瘤治疗中发挥了重要作用 ,受到了广泛的重视。
