关于对常山县联合收割机推广的思考

分析了常山县联合收割机推广存在的农村剩余劳动力转移少、农田作业基础条件差、农机投入资金少、粮食比价效益低、机器作业故障多、土地规模经营小、受传统农业观念影响深等问题,分析了推广联合收割机的有利条件,提出了争取政府资金投入、提高种粮效益、加快土地流转和适度规模经营、提高联合收割机质量及降低销售价格、加强对机手的培训、建立联合收割机维修网点、组织联合收割机跨区作业、加快农村剩余劳动力转移等解决问题的建议与对策。

The author analyzes the problem that few transfer for rural surplus labour force, bad working foundation condition for cropland, few devotion fund for agri-machinery, low price relations benefit of foodstuff, more working trouble of machine, small management scale, deep influence of traditional agriculture and so on, analyzes the advantage in popularizing on combine, puts forward suggestion and countermeasures to resolve them that striving for fund devotion of government, advance benefit of foodstuff, quickening the transfer of cropland and management scale within measure, improving quality of combine and reduce sale price, strengthening training for operators, establishing maintain net, organize working in different districts, picking up the speed of transfer for rural surplus labour force.
