乳液型聚丙烯酸酯纸塑复合胶粘剂的研制与应用

Preparation and application of the water-emulsion acrylates adhesivefor paper-plastic laminating

介绍了以丙烯酸酯为主要原料的纸塑复合用乳液胶粘剂制备方法,探讨了单体的品种、用量和单体的加料方式对胶粘剂性能的影响规律;初步探讨了丙烯酸酯乳液碱增稠机理,提出了乳胶在体系中存在的结构模型。结果表明,该乳胶是一种低成本、稳定性好、制备工艺简单、应用前景很好的环保型新品种。

In this paper, the preparation of water-emulsion adhesive for paper-plastic laminating with acrylic ester as main components was studied. The author also discussed the effects of kinds, proportion and mixing procedures of the monomers in the polymerization system on the performance of the adhesive. The results indicates that the adhesive prepared is a kind of new paper-plastic laminating adhesive with low cost, good stability in water, easy to prepare, excellent comprehensive performance and benefit to environmental protection.
