摘要
在摇瓶中进行重组Pichiapastoris菌株SIBAS5071发酵条件的研究,考察了碳源、底物、pH、磷酸盐浓度、溶氧量等对该菌细胞生长和产生S-腺苷甲硫氨酸(SAM)的影响,初步确定的优化条件下发酵3d后,SAM产量可达2.3g/L(118mg/g干细胞)。
The fermentation conditions of recombinant Pichia Pastoris SIBAS 5071 in the flake has beenperformed. Effects of fermentation conditions , such as carbon source, substrate, pH, concentration of phosphate buffer,dissolved oxygen on the cell growth and SAM production were considered. Under the optimized conditions, the produc-tion of SAM reached 2.3 g/L (118mg/g dry cell) after three days.
