摘要 采用反应型乳化剂AMPS及常规乳化剂合成了一种高耐水高光泽苯丙乳液。讨论了合成工艺、引发剂、乳化剂、AMPS等对乳液的影响。乳液中乳化剂含量 0 .9% (占单体 ) ,耐水性 14 4h不变白。 Highly water resistantand and high gloss styrene-butylacrylate emulsion was prepared using reactive emulsifier (AMPS) and normal emulsifier. The amount of normal emulsifier in the emulsion is only 0.9% (to monomers), Its water resistance is excellent, its color doesn't get white in less than 144h in water. The influence of process technique, amount of initiator, normal emulsifier and reactive emulsifier on the emulsion are discussed.
