摘要
应用灰色系统理论GM(1,1)动态模型对微囊、纳米粒及纳米粒-微球复合体的体外释药行为进行了模拟,建立了数学模型,模拟值与实验数据的相对误差在允许范围内。表明可利用灰色系统理论模拟、预测长效载药微粒的释药行为。
GM(1, 1) grey dynamic model was used to imitate the release behavior of drug-loaded microcapsules,nanoparticles and nanoparticle-microsphere composites. These models were established by experimental data, and relativeerrors between imitated and practical data were in the permissible range. So the release behavior of sustained-release drug-loaded particles could be imitated and predicted by using of the grey system theory .
