目前西方正在经历一场极其严重的系统性资本主义制度危机,程度深重,难以根治。资本主义在困境中显现"马克思热"、"占领资本主义热"和"中国热"的光亮和希望,广大群众已对资本主义制度失望,期盼和寻找更好的社会制度。当今国际形势复杂多变,以大动荡、大变革、大调整为特点的趋势仍在继续。世界格局发生美国霸权从顶峰上跌落、欧盟各国经济严重衰退、发展中的新兴市场国家异军突起、社会主义中国和平崛起等巨大深刻变化。共产党执政的现实社会主义国家普遍发展、发展中国家的社会主义形势很好、欧美发达国家的社会主义运动有很大改善等事实表明,社会主义必将在21世纪复兴。

Currently,the west is experiencing an extremely severe system crisis of capitalist institutions that is too deep to be cured. There appear spotlights and hopes of " Marx enthusiasm," " Occupy enthusiasm," and " China enthusiasm" in the quagmire of capitalism. The masses are disappointed at capitalist system,and are expecting and seeking for a better social system. The current complicated and volatile international situation continues on the trend featuring great upheaval,great change,and great adjustment. There occur such enormous and profound changes in the world structure as the fall of American hegemony from the paramount,severe economic recession of the EU countries,the sudden rise of developing new market economies,and the peaceful rise of socialist China. It is indicated that socialism is destined to rejuvenate in the 21 st century by such facts as the universal development of current socialist countries ruled by the communist parties,the good situation of socialism in developing countries,and the great improvement of socialist movements in developed countries in Europe and America.
