实现中华民族的伟大复兴,必须通过深化改革实现科学发展。但是,当前最重要的,不是对各方面的发展和诸多领域的改革作出具体的决策和部署,而是在总结我国发展和改革历史经验的基础上,针对当前存在的普遍性、持续性、老大难的经济社会问题,探寻问题借以产生的共同性根源,进一步端正发展和改革的指导思想。在此基础上,确立今后发展和改革的新思路。

It is essential to deepen reform and embark on scientific development so as to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. However,at present,what's more important is not to make specific strategic decisions and map out the development and reform in various aspects,but to get to the root of the common,long- standing and chronic social and economic problems,find out their universal origins and straighten up the guiding principles for development and reform,and hence establish new ideas for the future development and reform.
