国家治理体系现代化,是中国在现代化和民主化征程中国家建设理论的重大创新,是中国共产党在新时期治国理政的重大实践。国家治理体系现代化将使中国政治更加主动地融入人类政治文明的发展轨道,开辟全面深化改革实现转型发展的中国新道路,但也对中国共产党带来重大挑战,即要求党的建设的科学化、党执政的科学化和党的治理能力的现代化。为实现民族复兴,构建现代国家,中国共产党肩负着无可推卸的使命责任,最为主要和紧迫的是:经济领域现代市场体系的真正确立、发展型政府向治理型政府的逐步转型、现代意义上社会治理格局的全面形塑、执政党党的建设制度改革的系统推进。

Modernization of state governance system is both a major theoretical innovation of state building theory in the course of China's modernization and democratization,and a great practice in the Party's governance in the new era. The modernization of state governance system will enable China to actively integrate its politics into the advancing track of human political civilization,open up a new road to comprehensively deepening reform and achieving transformation and sustainable development. Meanwhile,it also poses challenges for the Party,which requires that the Party build itself scientifically,govern scientifically and have modern governance capacity. Shouldering the unshirkable obligations to realize national rejuvenation and build a modern state,it is urgent and significant for the Party: to establish a modern market system in economic field,to transform progressively from a development- oriented government to a governance- oriented one,to shape an overall modern social governance pattern,and to promote system reform of the ruling Party building.
