The conclusion that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era is a strategic assessment defined clearly in the report to the Party's 19 th Congress,which represents a major theoretical achievement made by the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core in promoting innovation in theory,practice and system. It is an assessment based on the new historic juncture in China's development. Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is another leap forward in adapting Marxism to the Chinese context. Securing a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and embarking on a new journey to build a modern socialist China in all respects is a new blueprint of the national development strategy and the historic mission of the Party. To create a new look on the Party's leadership and Party building is the new action the Party should carry out in adapting itself to and leading in the new era.
